Senior Timbits/Tykes - Home

I would like to thank each Timbit coach that volunteered their time, energy, enthusiasm and expertise last year and hope to see you all back again this year. Those returning and prospective new coaches, please ensure that you check the Hockey Calgary website and Timbit coaching website. There is valuable information along with requirements, dates and times of coaching clinics.

We are very fortunate to have another great resource for any questions that coaches and/or presepctive coaches may have - Cam Bell. He would be happy to answer any questions that you may have, his information is available on the home page.

Timbits is FUNdamental in the development of our children and the love of the game, this could not be done without our coaches!

ATTENTION ALL TIMBIT PARENTS!

Sr. Timbits Players who played Sr. or Jr. (Red and Blue) and will be playing Sr. this season have been asked to have a scrimmage game for the grand re-opening celebration at Thorncliff Greenview on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2010. We have been asked to be ready to play from 11:30 am - 12;30. All those returning players will be contacted with details as they come available. 

In addition to this fun scrimmage we will have a parent meeting for all Timbits following the game. This parent meeting for all Timbits families is at 2;30 - 3:30on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2010  located in the "Old Arena Lobby" (Accessible from the East parking lot/doors), 5600 Centre Street North 

We hope to see all the returning Timbits and new Timbit players as well as their parents on Sunday September 12th.

Attention All Timbit Families!!!  This program MUST be completed by October 31, 2010.  This is a FREE ONLINE program that one member of your household must complete.  If you have already registered for McKnight Hockey no time than the present to get started (and finished!) ~ dont forget to print out your certificate at the end!!!

Hockey Calgary's "Respect in Sport" Program

Hockey Calgary, the largest hockey association in Alberta, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Respect in Sport, Canada's only online certification program dedicated to protecting our youth and enhancing an organization's mandate for a safe, fun and respectful environment.

It is now confirmed that all players within the Hockey Calgary program, will have to have at least one member in his/her family complete the Respect in Sport program for the 2010/2011 season.

In order to ensure that your player gets the most out of the upcoming season, please follow the link to complete the program prior to the commencment of the season.  Please remember to keep a copy of the certificate in the event that you need to provide proof of completion.
